I called Dr Margaret Gaglione and joined the weight loss group. At that time I was 307 pounds and could’nt walk 1 block without needing a 10 minute rest.Thanks to the help of all the people at TWB I am 72 pounds lighter and can walk 4 miles without getting out of breath. My eating habits have changed and I understand how I should be eating(not that I am an angel).

Since I have been in this program I sometimes am considered the class clown, but enjoy every minute of it.This diet is a program that has some real substance(not like jenny or weight watchers).
