Well, surprise, surprise!! I have inadvertently become a self appointed Ambassador for Tidewater Bariatrics (twb4u.com). How did that happen? How can one not do so, after experiencing the euphoric emotion of FINALLY losing the weight I had been fighting to lose for the last 20 years! 35 pounds in a short 4 months AND I have maintained that loss for the last 10 weeks.

It shows on my glowing, happy face! I can't begin to express how wonderful the feeling is to be back to my high school weight. I had lost myself and now I am found!! No more sore knees! My feet don't hurt anymore! I am comfortable in all my clothes! I look better and FEEL better.

This is how it has happened. Everyone wants to know HOW DID I DO IT?? I did it with the encouragement of Dr. Gaglione and her amazing, kind and knowledgeable staff- LeCardi, Kaitlyn, Samantha, Jen, Meghan, Megan and Mariah. Did I mention that the food and shakes are delicious as well? How could I not succeed?

TWB is the best thing that has happened in my life (aside from marrying a wonderfully supportive man and being blessed with 2 great kids)!

Once you make up your mind that enough is enough, that you've reached the lowest low imaginable, then you decide to COMMIT AND BE TRUE TO THE PROGRAM (also known as "stay in the box"), then you can't fail-it's basic math with a lot of TLC thrown in. We are VERY lucky to have this program in our backyard!!
